Brianna Billings

A little bit about me...

As a third-generation San Diegan, Brianna offers clients a lifetime of firsthand knowledge of San Diego’s neighborhoods, lifestyle, and market trends. Her deep roots in the community, combined with a strong professional foundation, set her apart in an ever-evolving real estate market.

Before transitioning into real estate, Brianna earned her degree in Construction Engineering and Management from San Diego State University. She went on to work as a Project Engineer for one of the nation's top commercial construction firms, where she gained invaluable experience managing complex projects. This sharpened her skills in contracts, budgeting, negotiation, and construction planning, critical tools she now uses to help clients make confident, informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.

Brianna is also a seasoned real estate investor. After purchasing both a long-term and short-term rental, she took on the renovation work herself and self-managed both properties. Her attention to detail and dedication to hospitality earned her Airbnb Superhost status before she transitioned to using a property management team. This hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of what makes a property truly valuable, not just in terms of resale potential, but also in livability and investment return.

Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or preparing to sell, Brianna brings a well-rounded, detail-oriented, and strategic approach to your real estate journey. Her clients appreciate her proactive communication, market expertise, and calm, solutions-focused mindset. She takes pride in making the process as smooth and transparent as possible while building lasting relationships rooted in trust.

Having grown up immersed in San Diego’s beach culture, Brianna has a deep appreciation for the city’s diverse communities and laid-back lifestyle. When she’s not working with clients, you can find her surfing the local breaks, walking her dogs in the neighborhoods, or grabbing coffee at one of her favorite neighborhood spots. She’s passionate about helping others put down roots in the city she loves and is committed to creating the same sense of community and opportunity for her clients.
