Welcome to Clairemont, San Diego
A few things I love most about Clairemont:
- Not many know this, but Clairemont is one of the first post-World War II suburban development in the City of San Diego, with many of the homes built between the 1950s & ‘60s. Many of the homes are still held by the first or second owner’s families, who stayed in the neighborhood to raise their families. It’s definitely not stuck in post WWII era though. Clairemont is attracting all kinds of new restaurants, cafes and shopping!
- One of the most centrally located communities in San Diego, Clairemont is bordered by the I-805 on the east, the I-5 to the west, the 52 to the north, and the community of Linda Vista to the south. We really do have accessibility to everything!
- Featured communities like Stonehaven and Fox Run are tucked away, offering tranquil and picturesque retreats. You won’t even feel like you are in San Diego! You will also find some of the best west facing views from Bay Park and Bay Ho, two subdivisions of Clairemont that are just up the street from Mission Bay. And, Tecolote Canyon Natural Park runs through Clairemont offering an 18-hole golf course and hikes for local residents.
