Before entering the real estate industry, Chad attended San Diego State University where he earned a degree in Communication. He played Division 1 football for the Aztecs where he was voted captain by his teammates. Growing up working in his family’s construction business, Chad has a great understanding of the building process and utilizes that experience while working with clients.
When he’s not helping clients you will find him working out, taking trips up the coast, or relaxing at the beach. Chad’s ultimate goal is to help you find your dream home and make one of the biggest investments of your life a smooth and enjoyable process.
