We are looking for an Ops Manager to help our small but growing real estate company go to the next level. This person would be working directly alongside the CEO handling a wide variety of tasks including marketing, listing coordination, lead generation, and business growth tasks. This person must be tech savvy, have great attention to detail, highly organized, professional written and verbal communication skills, and some marketing skills.

• Email Marketing
• Daily Marketing Tasks
• Manage Social Media Marketing 
• Manage CRM 
• Manage Print Marketing 
• Content Writing 
• Creation of Operation Manuals 
• Assist with business growth tasks
• Daily Calls to Clients
• Listing Coordination and more!

• 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills

• Marketing Experience
